Slated to open in March 2018, Six Senses Uluwatu is an exciting addition to the iconic brand's portfolio and of one of seven new resorts and two further spas opening from now until early 2019.
Six Senses Hotels Resorts and Spas is an iconic brand with a reputation for magical locations, uncompromising levels of service, a focus on community, sustainable practices and a deep commitment to pioneering wellbeing.
This award winning approach is reflected in all of the 11 resorts and 30 spas they operate in 20 countries under the brand names Six Senses, Evason and Six Senses Spas.
It's a busy time as they plan to increase their portfolio by seven resorts and two further spas from now until early 2019.
Uluwatu on Bali's Bukit Peninsula will be one of these.
Scheduled to open in March 2018, Six Senses Uluwatu is in its element on an island so deeply rooted with tranquility and with such deep ties to nature. The property is set atop a rugged cliff in Pecatu, close to the Pura Uluwatu temple, one of Bali's key 'Directional Temples', with sweeping views of the Indian Ocean.
The resort will have 28 sky villas, 62 one-bedroom villas, and 7 two-bedroom villas all inspired by Balinese culture, embracing nature and offering every creature comfort including a spa.
The Six Senses Spa will feature locally inspired specialty treatments, multi-day Integrated Wellness and Detox programmes and complimentary morning yoga sessions.
In addition the resort will also feature multiple swimming pools, an open-air event venue, a wedding pavilion, function space, three restaurants including a chef’s table, a cooking school and an extensive organic garden and farm.
