The property is for sale via an Expressions of Interest campaign through JLL’s Julien Naouri, Isabel Wong, Jacintha Herzog and Asi Suryanti.
Cara Cara Inn is a vibrant and fun-filled boutique hotel with 98 cosy rooms and plenty of social and interactive spaces for the freespirited and young-at-heart.
Located at Jalan Kahyangan, Suci, Lingkungan Pande Mas Kuta, the hotel is just a 20-minute drive north of Ngurah Rai International Airport and is situated in the heart of Kuta, Bali's pioneer tourist destination.
The hotel is within a short walk to the popular Kuta Beach as well as major shopping and entertainment venues in the Kuta and Legian regions. It is a 10 minute stroll to the Waterbom water park which spans 3.8 hectares and is a huge tourist attraction.
Selling agent, Mr Naouri said Cara Cara Inn is a short 20- minute drive north from Ngurah Rai International Airport and a central point for easy access to other popular regions of Bali such as Uluwatu, Nusa Dua and Ubud.
Numerous iconic beach clubs, which Bali is renowned for, are located nearby in Seminyak and Canggu, all within a 15-minute to 25-minute drive.
The hotel was created to appeal to a range of travelling groups, from sole backpackers to families and offers a range of sizes and bed configurations to cater to all types of groups, added Isabel Wong.
Room types include the eight square metre Teepee aimed at single travellers to the 29 square metre Cara Cara which is a double suite with private balcony overlooking the splash pool and Bali’s cityscape. The 10 square metre Camper Plus is the dominant offering with a total of 48 rooms available.
Facilities offered include a splash pool, sundown deck, alfresco dining, meeting room, games den, barbecue pit and laundromat plus pantry. The games den features a table tennis table, giant life-sized Jenga and scrabble providing the ideal setting for guests to mingle and have fun.
The four-level hotel has a gross floor area of 3,326 square metres and sits on a site of 1,050 square metres.
The property was opened in 2017 and is being offered for sale with vacant possession with the option to retain the existing Cara Cara brand name.
Mr Naouri added that Bali is now open for business with tourists back in full force enjoying one of the world’s most-loved destinations.
“Bali is Asia’s premier beach destination and renowned for its cultural richness, gastronomic adventures and varying natural attractions from its famous surf break beaches to the lush tropical forests and pristine rice terraces.
