Peter David Hall told WILLIAMS MEDIA "this is a walk in/ walk out, fully registered and legal business with nothing to spend unless expanding and it's one of the top 3 dive centres on the island.  The lease is wrapped up in the current owners PT/ PMA company and this can be transferred into the new owners name."
