The Dive Camp includes 17- bungalows, 12- Pirate Huts, a divers' dorm (for 6 people), a restaurant and bar, a library and an overwater dive centre complete with compressors and all diving equipment.

In addition there's a 130-metre long jetty with concrete poles, a newly installed 15-meter floating jetty, a 4×4 floating platform for diving operations on the house reef, solar energy systems, water system, back of house facilities, storage areas, staff, management and dive team accommodations.

Lisa Comsatun told WILLIAMS MEDIA "the camp offers both sunset and sunrise views and there's an agreement with the local community to protect the reef in front of the camp - it's where there's a Coral Propagation Program being carried out in collaboration with Ocean Quest and Sea Shepherd."

The island and Dive Camp are being offered with a Hak Guna Bangunan (HGB) title.
