Two Bali hotels have featured in the top five of leading US-based travel magazine Travel + Leisure's list of the top 100 hotels published earlier this month.
Readers of US-based travel magazine Travel + Leisure have given a ringing endorsement to Bali's hotel industry, naming two of the island's venues as the best and fourth-best accommodation in the world, respectively.
Conducted annually, the T + L World’s Best Awards survey asks readers to weigh in on travel experiences around the globe, with hotels rated on their facilities, location, service, food, and overall value.

Achieving an overall score of 99.85, the hotel's distinct design from renowned architect Bill Bensley and setting among small villages, shrines, and acres of green rice paddies in Ubud’s Keliki Valley were rated highly among voters.
Also popular among readers was the Ritz Carlton Bali, which was ranked fourth with an overall score of 98.95.

According to T + L, readers said they often didn't have to leave the property during their stay, as a result of the rich amenities at the venue, which incorporates six restaurants, a spa, numerous swimming pools, and a kids’ club.
This year’s World’s Best Awards survey closed on March 2, just before widespread stay-at-home orders were implemented as a result of COVID-19.
