The first of a series of seminars aimed at hotel owners, operators and investors in Bali hopes to bring transparency and confidence to Bali's growing tourism and property investment markets.
Gapura Bali are organizing a series of seminars geared to small groups of hotel owners, operators and investors at The Alila Seminyak in Bali. The first took place on October 9, and focused on the processes of hotel feasibility studies and operator selection as well as the key terms and aspects to hotel management agreements with international operators.
